Mr. Fryer joined Lazenby & Associates, Inc. in 1991 having worked five years with the firm of Harrison and Lazenby, Inc. previously. He is a member of the American Council of Engineering Companies of Louisiana (ACECL), the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), National Society of Professional Engineers (NSPE) , the Louisiana Society of Professional Surveyors (LSPS) and Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE). He is a Past-President of the Monroe Chapter of the Louisiana Engineering Society (LES) and has also held offices on the state level of LES. He served two terms as an At-large member on the State Board of ACECL. Mr. Fryer has served on the Board of Directors of the West Monroe/West Ouachita Chamber of Commerce, Calvert Crossing Men’s Golf Association and is a Past President of the West Monroe Civitan Club. Mr. Fryer is a Past Individual Development Vice President of the Monroe Jaycees and served as Treasurer for several years on the Jaycees largest project, the Miss Louisiana Pageant. In 1998 he completed the Leadership Louisiana program sponsored by the Monroe Chamber of Commerce.
Mr. Fryer has over 37 years of experience working on a variety of projects. His primary areas of specialty are Highway Design and Right-of-Way Map development for the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development.
