Joshua Hays joined the Lazenby & Associates, Inc. team in 2003. He is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers and the Louisiana Engineering Society where he has served on the board at both local and state levels as LES President. He is the Chairman and Board Member of the West Monroe/West Ouachita Chamber of Commerce and a 2007 graduate of the Monroe Chamber of Commerce sponsored Leadership Ouachita program. He is also the recipient of the 2013 Louisiana Engineering Society’s F. Hugh Coughlin Young Engineer Award. Mr. Hays also serves on the Louisiana Tech University College of Engineering and Science Advisory Board.
As a Project Engineer, Mr. Hays designs & manages projects for a wide variety of clients including the Ouachita River Port, City of West Monroe, City of Monroe, Ouachita Parish Police Jury and West Ouachita Sewerage District No. 5. Additionally, Mr. Hays provides office support for many construction surveying projects.
