Mr. Ellingburg joined the firm of Lazenby & Associates, Inc. in 2008. He has been active in the Louisiana Engineering Society on both local and state levels. He is also a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, National Society of Professional Engineers, and the American Council of Engineering Companies /Louisiana. He is a recipient of the American Council of Engineering Companies or Louisiana’s Robby Cangelosi Award, the Louisiana Engineering Society’s F. Hugh Coughlin Young Engineer Award and the Waldemar S. Nelson President’s Award. He completed the Monroe Chamber of Commerce Leadership Ouachita program in 2010.
Mr. Ellingburg primarily specializes in drainage design, roadway design and pavement preservation. He has also worked on bridge scour studies, water and sewer utility projects and topographic surveys.
