Mr. Spillers joined the firm of Lazenby & Associates, Inc. in 1995. He is a member and former officer of the Louisiana Engineering Society and the American Council for Engineering Companies/Louisiana. He also holds memberships in the American Society of Civil Engineers, and the National Society of Professional Engineers, and completed the Monroe Chamber of Commerce Leadership Ouachita program in 2002. Prior to moving to Ouachita Parish, Mr. Spillers was a volunteer fireman and first responder for the Ward 3 Fire Protection District in Jackson Parish for 14 years. He has also served as a youth baseball and football coach in West Monroe.
Mr. Spillers specializes in highway design, pavement preservation projects, sanitary sewer collection systems, and potable water distribution systems.
